If your clinician feels you need an onward referral, they will send a request to the medical secretary. Once the request has been sent it will take up to 2 weeks for the referral to be actioned. The secretary may contact you for further information if it is needed for your referral.

Any urgent referrals will be put through to the secretary and action that day.
