Repeat prescriptions can be ordered:
- Online using Patient Access
- In person, by placing the form into the designated box at reception.
- By post
- By email at nccg.nvsdispensary@nhs.net
We regret that telephone requests for repeat prescriptions cannot be accepted under any circumstances.
You need to register to use our online repeat prescription ordering service and this is best done in person at the surgery. Please speak to one of our receptionists.
Please leave at least 48 hours before coming to collect your prescription, it may be longer at particularly busy times.
Patients who collect their prescriptions from Cawdells Pharmacy must allow 7 days, if in doubt always ring first to check:

Medication reviews
We are keen to ensure that patients with ongoing medical problems are monitored regularly. If the date for your next review with a doctor or nurse has passed you will be asked to make an appointment.
