Patient Forum

The Nene Valley Surgery Forum (NVS Forum) has been established to liaise between the practice and its patients. It looks at issues related to medical care and communication and highlights new initiatives within the Surgery and the NHS in general.

The group meets quarterly and is made up of seven patients from an assorted age range, which we hope will represent all patients from new born to the elderly. Representatives of the medical and administration staff also attend the quarterly meetings.

The object of the group is to discuss patient experience, good and bad, and where appropriate look at ways of improving the service we offer. The group will also support the surgery in fundraising to benefit our practice population.

All patients can become Associate Members of the Forum and further details will be available soon.Further information about the Forum can be found on the notice board in the waiting area or by emailing nvsforum@googlemail.com
