Patient Forum Group

We have a newly formed Patient Forum Group

The Nene Valley Surgery Forum (NVS Forum) exists to liaise between the practice and patients, to raise valid issues relating to medical care, and to consult regarding changes within the practice and the NHS in general.

The group meets quarterly and is made up of seven patients from an assorted age range which we hope will represent all patients from new born to the elderly.  Representatives of the medical and administration staff also attend the quarterly meetings.

The object of the group is to discuss patient experience, good and bad, and where appropriate, to look at ways of improving the service we offer. The group will also support the surgery in fundraising to benefit our practice population.
