On-Line Services

You can now register to use the following online services;

• Repeat Prescription Ordering
  

• Book and cancel “Bookable” appointments
  

• View and update your contact information
  

Please note that you can only register to access your own appointments and prescriptions and you must be at least 16 years old.

Register at reception when you are next able to visit the surgery. You will be asked to complete an application form and produce some form of photo identification e.g. passport, photo card driving licence.

You will be given a printed sheet which will contain your Pin Number, Access ID, NHS Number and the Practice ID. The receptionist should go through the procedure with you.

You can use this link to the EMIS website access.

The first time that you log on you will need to use the information on the printed sheet to establish your identity. You will be asked to set a password too.

For all subsequent visits you will then only need your Access ID and your password.

Once you are into EMIS it should be a straight forward process, but if you do have any queries please phone the surgery and ask for Sheila.

Unfortunately, the limitations of the EMIS website only allow a maximum of four appointments per doctor per day to be shown. If there are four appointments shown and they are not convenient for you, please telephone the Surgery as there may still be more available on that day.
