- Each morning we offer a mix of same-day and book-in advance appointments.
You may also request:
- Telephone appointments
- Home visits
- Emergency consultations
When the surgery is closed you can now call 111 when you need medical help fast, but it is not a 999 emergency.
In a life threatening emergency you may still dial 999 and ask for an ambulance.
Important
- If you are not able to keep your appointment, please let us know in advance so that it can be offered to someone else.
- If more than one family member needs to be seen please let the receptionist know in advance.
- Delays may occasionally arise due to emergencies or other unforeseen problems, so please try to be patient.
- If you feel your problem is urgent and there are no appointments left, please let the receptionist know. It may be possible to offer you an appointment with our Nurse Practitioner who will give appropriate advice and treatment consulting the Doctor when necessary.

For the purpose of staff training, the practice closes from 1.00pm on a Wednesday afternoon once a month.
Surgery Closures for Staff Training
The Surgery will be closed from 1pm on the following Wednesday afternoons:

- 17th June
- 15th July
- 5th August
- 16th September
- 28th October
- 11th November

DNA (Did Not Attend)
If you have three DNA's (Did Not Attend) please note that you will no longer be able to book appointments in advance. You will only be able to book appointments on the day.
